Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Treadly, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Treadly guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.
Because of the size and weight of the Treadly Treadmill, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your treadmill. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $150 or more, depending on your location.
If your Treadly is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
