Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Treadly, you can return it within 30 days upon delivery. Treadly treadmills are fully assembled and arrive ready for use. Due to the size and weight, shipping charges are not covered as part of the return policy.
Please note that: Treadly will charge an $80 repackaging fee for returns that do not have all original packaging. Treadly will not cover any accrued expense for replacement packaging. The repackaging fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Return Process
After receiving the return label, please work with Treadly support team to schedule your carrier pick-up at your earliest convenience. Treadly reserves the right to:
- Charge additional fees if the returned unit is in a damaged condition and missing/altered parts (as originally delivered).
- Charge additional fees if the returned unit has more than 10,000 steps (up to 15% of purchase price).
- Deny refund if your returned unit is beyond 30-days of the return label issue date.
Treadly accessories
The following accessories may not be returned or exchanged if they have been used:
- Noise reduction rubber protectors
- Belt lubrication bottles
- Generic phone tripod
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Our delivery carrier requires a signature to complete your delivery. In case a delivery attempt fails 3 times, the unit will be returned to our facility. Any refund request issued due to an unsuccessful delivery will be subject to a shipping cost of up to 80$ being deducted from the final refund.
Return Exceptions
If a product purchased from Treadly is damaged or defective upon arrival, you are eligible for a return without the above pre-conditions, pending approval of the Treadly™ support team.
Return Process
To return within your first 30 days, please contact Treadly support team directly at contact@treadly.co with your order number or any other contact information used when placing your order. Our team will confirm your return by providing an RMA number and any further instructions. Please note that as part of the return process we will require additional information such as: package images, device images etc. We will then confirm any/all return charges to be paid prior to arranging for your return label to be emailed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If completed both steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@treadly.co
Exchanges (if applicable)
Treadly will exchange your unit if it shows any manufacturing defects or damage within the first 30 days of receiving your Treadly. If you need to request an exchange for the same item within the first 30-days, please contact Treadly support team at contact@treadly.co
